What Data to do we collect ?

By default we will only collect personal information about you if you seek to make contact with us to express an interest in our services. We process this data for the purpose of communicating with you, for record keeping, and for any necessary legal claim related activities. This information is emailed to us by our web site hosting company Pixieset, who also host our client image library and contracts. Credit Card payment information is handled by Stripe. Other third parties may also email us your contact information to pass leads on that you have registered independently with those companies.

We will also record your information in Pixieset to enable us to send you contracts for signing ( for which we will store your name, email address and phone number ) and for electronic invoices and payment requests.

Our systems may also record technical data about your visits to the web site and image hosting sites, including IP address, duration and record cookies for analytic purposes such that we may gain information about access to our web site and manage our marketing activities accordingly.

We also store images that we have taken of you / your events ( and own the copyright to ) on Pixieset, as well as on our own personal computers and storage devices. These pictures, as part of our standard contract, may also be used by us for our portfolio and legitimate advertising of our services.

Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data as long as necessary, including for the purposes of supporting any accounting, reporting and legal activities.

We retain images as long as we can for the purposes of our own portfolio, and these are held locally on our computers as well as on cloud based backup solutions including Microsoft office 365 ( protected by 2 factor authentication ) as well as other 3rd party cloud storage solutions, on accounts private to ourselves.
